Your business is important to us, and although your storefronts are closed, this does not mean your business must stop. This is why Zodax is introducing our new dropship program to continue providing products to your customers. Book the order, send it to us and we ship it for you!
What is dropship?
Drop-ship allows Zodax to ship products directly from our warehouse to your customer.
How does dropship work?
Simply select the products from our catalogs or ZodaxOnline that you would like to sell through your website or social media platform. You will then accept the customer’s payment, send us the order, and we will ship directly to the customer on your behalf.
What if I don’t have a ZodaxOnline account?
To setup an account, go to https://zodaxonline.com/account/login and complete the Account Activation Request Form. Once approved, we will send you an activation link. From the link, create your user password and your account will be activated.
How to process and submit a dropship order?
- Login to zodaxonline.com and place your online order of $50 or more.
- You can submit your order via email to email@example.com, or choose to contact your sales representative and have them send us the order on your behalf.
- You may also choose to contact your account representative and have them send us the order on your behalf.
What information is needed to place a dropship order?
When submitting an order, we ask that you provide your customer’s shipping information; including their complete mailing address and phone number. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
What are the minimums, special offers, and extended costs for placing a dropship order?
- Orders placed with Zodax must be a wholesale value of $50 or more.
- All minimum quantities per item must be met.
- Daily Specials and Clearance sales apply.
15% freight charge on orders $50 or more.
- Freight costs may vary for items with a “truck” icon . Contact us for details.
- A $9.95 shipping and handling fee will be applied to all orders $50 or more.
Can I ship on my own account?
Yes. If you have a UPS or FedEx Ground account, we will waive the 15% freight charge from the cost of your order. Please include the account number when placing the order.
Can my dropship order be sent out of country?
No. Dropship orders can be shipped anywhere in the continental U.S. only via standard ground. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please call or e-mail us for additional freight charges. This excludes P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
What is your policy with backorder items?
Unless otherwise indicated, the order will be processed once the item is back in stock.
What will my customer receive in their shipment?
Customers will receive a packing list indicating the contents of their order. NO PRICING will be included on the packing list. Upon request, we can include a note indicating the order was shipped on behalf of your store.
How quickly will my customer receive their order?
All orders will be shipped on Mondays. Any orders processed by 9:00am Monday morning (PST) will be shipped the same day.
How do I process a return or claim?

Is there a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) for posting Zodax products on my website or social media pages?
Yes. All prices require a minimum mark up of 100% from Zodax wholesale prices.
Example: A Zodax product at a wholesale price of $10.00 should be marked up to $20.00 or more. MAP pricing is strictly enforced to protect all retailers.
How can I receive or access images to upload Zodax products on my website or social media platforms?
Go to zodaxonline.com. Shop for products via categories or catalogs. To select an image, click on the image to enlarge the photo. Right click the image and select “save as”. You may use any of our images or product descriptions to promote the product on your website. Please contact us if you need any additional photos or information about the product for your customer’s convenience. We are here to help.
